Shares of India’s first listed robotics company and a pioneer in industrial automation and smart robotic solutions hit a 10 percent upper circuit on the stock exchanges on Monday, after reporting financial results for Q2 FY26 with a revenue growth of around 49 percent QoQ and 14 percent YoY.
With a market cap of Rs. 295.5 crores, the shares of Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited closed in the green at Rs. 262.75 on BSE, up by around 6 percent, as against its previous closing price of Rs. 248.4.
The stock has delivered negative returns of over 67 percent in the last one year, but has gained by around 4 percent in the last one month.As of June 2025 shareholding data, ace investor Vijay Kedia holds a 9.93 percent stake in the company.

Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited announced the financial results for the second quarter of FY26 on Friday, post-market hours, as per the latest regulatory filings with the stock exchanges.
For Q2 FY26, the company reported a consolidated net revenue from operations of Rs. 28 crores, reflecting a strong sequential growth of around 49 percent QoQ compared to Rs. 18.8 crores in Q1 FY26, and a year-on-year increase of over 14 percent from Rs. 24.5 crores recorded in Q2 FY25. Net profit for the quarter stood at Rs. 4.6 crores, demonstrating a significant turnaround from a net loss of Rs. 3.7 crores in Q1 FY26 and Rs. 4.8 crores in Q2 FY25.
EBITDA turned positive at Rs. 6.3 crores during the quarter, compared to a negative EBITDA of Rs. 2 crores in the previous quarter, representing a remarkable 418 percent growth on a QoQ basis. On an H1 YoY basis, EBITDA rose by 145 percent to Rs. 4.3 crores, driven by strong operational efficiency and improved contribution from core business verticals.
