With a market capitalization of Rs. 387.92 crores, the share of Innovators Facade Systems Limited has reached an intraday high of Rs. 216 per equity share, rising nearly 8.54 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 199. Since then, the stock has retreated and is currently trading at Rs. 205.60 per equity share.

The work is expected to be completed within 17 months from the date of the award. This prestigious project further strengthens the company’s order book and showcases its expertise in executing large-scale façade works for premium commercial and hospitality developments.

Coming into financial highlights, Innovators Facade Systems Limited’s revenue has decreased from Rs. 115 crore in H2 FY24 to Rs. 107 crore in H2 FY25, which is a drop of 6.96 percent. The net profit has also decreased by 20 percent from Rs. 10 crore in H2 FY24 to Rs. 8 crore in H2 FY25.

Innovators Facade Systems Limited’s revenue and net profit have grown at a CAGR of 35.42 percent and 100 percent, respectively, over the last three years.

In terms of return ratios, the company’s ROCE and ROE stand at 15 percent and 10.4 percent, respectively. Innovators Facade Systems Limited has an earnings per share (EPS) of Rs. 8.49, and its debt-to-equity ratio is 0.38x.
