With a market capitalisation of Rs 989 crore, the shares of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd are currently trading at Rs 370 per share, representing a decline of just 3 percent from its 52-week high of Rs 381.80 per share. In the last one month, the stock has delivered a positive return of 32.54 percent.
Denta Water, through a stock exchange filing, announced that the company has secured a work order worth Rs 183 crore spanning across three different segments. It secured one subcontract in the water management segment worth Rs 7.93 crore, followed by four road projects worth Rs 12 crore and an irrigation project worth Rs 163 crore.
It also informed that as of July 22, 2025, the company has a total of 21 ongoing projects, which include 7 newly secured projects. With the addition of these new projects, the company’s outstanding order book now stands at Rs. 745.54 crore. Additionally, the company has also announced a final dividend of Rs 2.50 per share, and has set Thursday, 14 August, 2025 as the record date.
Financial Highlights
The company reported revenue of Rs 203 crore in FY25, a 15 percent decrease from its FY24 revenue of Rs 239 crore. Additionally, it reported a net profit decline of 11.67 percent to Rs 53 crore in FY25 from Rs 60 crore in FY24.
The stock has delivered an ROE and ROCE of 18.46 percent and 25.03 percent respectively, and is currently trading at a P/E of 18.95x as compared to its industry average of 29.16x.
