Synopsis: Tech Defence Labs Solutions Limited has secured three managed cybersecurity service orders worth Rs. 1.03 crore from a listed cybersecurity system integrator. The contracts span the technology, media, and public sector segments, strengthening the company’s order book and reinforcing its position in India’s fast-growing cybersecurity market.
Shares of Tech Defence Labs Solutions Limited are likely to remain in focus after the company announced that it has received three purchase orders with an aggregate value of Rs. 1.03 crore (including GST) from a listed cybersecurity system integrator and distribution partner. The orders relate to managed cybersecurity and OEM-aligned support services across multiple industry verticals and were received on July 8 and July 9, 2026.
The company has a market capitalization of approximately Rs. 414.38 crore. Its shares were trading at Rs. 554 apiece on the stock exchange, up by 2.50 percent. The stock has declined 6.39 percent over the last month and touched a 52-week high of Rs. 843.60 and a 52-week low of Rs. 360.
According to the exchange filing, the three contracts have been awarded by a single listed cybersecurity system integrator acting as the company’s channel partner. While the identity of the customer has not been disclosed due to confidentiality agreements, the underlying end-users belong to the technology, media & entertainment, and public sector segments. The company stated that the aggregate order value amounts to Rs. 1.03 crore (including GST) and has voluntarily treated the combined orders as material for disclosure under SEBI regulations.
The largest order, valued at Rs. 61.06 lakh, involves the delivery of Secure Service Edge (SSE) Support and Managed Services for a global technology and digital services multinational based in Delhi NCR. The engagement includes OEM support coordination, advisory services, and case management to strengthen the customer’s cybersecurity infrastructure. The second purchase order, worth Rs. 17.70 lakh (including GST), relates to OEM (Hitachi) Managed Services for a leading media and entertainment company operating in the direct-to-home (DTH) broadcasting segment. Meanwhile, the third order, valued at Rs. 24.78 lakh (including GST), covers Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Managed Services for a state government electronics development corporation/public sector undertaking in eastern India.
These contracts are strategically significant as they diversify TechDefence’s customer exposure across private enterprises and government-backed organizations. The orders also highlight the company’s expertise in providing managed cybersecurity solutions, including secure access, OEM support, proactive monitoring, governance, and incident management, all of which generate recurring service revenue rather than one-time implementation income. This improves revenue visibility and strengthens long-term customer relationships.
The continued addition of managed service contracts also reflects the growing demand for cybersecurity solutions in India, driven by rising digital transformation, increasing cyber threats, and stricter regulatory compliance requirements. As organizations continue shifting towards outsourced cybersecurity operations, companies with specialized managed security capabilities stand to benefit from sustained industry growth.
Established in January 2017, TechDefence Labs Solutions Limited is a cybersecurity company specializing in managed security services, cyber risk assessments, cloud security, digital forensics, incident response, compliance solutions, and Security Operations Center (SOC) services. The company serves enterprises, government organizations, and critical infrastructure by protecting digital assets through advanced cybersecurity technologies and OEM-aligned managed security services.
