With the market capitalization of Rs. 64,272 Crores, the shares of Schaeffler India Ltd were trading at around Rs. 4112 per share which is 8 percent discount from its 52 week high of Rs. 4468 per share and is trading at a P/E of 49.8 whereas industry P/E stands at 30.2 

Q2 CY26 Results

  • YoY analysis:  Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 2353 Crores in Q2 CY25 to Rs. 2761 Crores in Q2 CY26, up 17 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 430 Crores to Rs. 499 Crores, up 16 percent and net profit has increased from Rs. 287 Crores to Rs. 326 Crores, up 13 percent 
  • QoQ analysis: Revenue from operations has increased from Rs. 2586 Crores in Q1 CY26  to Rs. 2761 Crores in Q2 CY26, up 6.7 percent. Operating profit has increased from Rs. 478 Crores to Rs. 499 Crores, up 4.3 percent and net profit has increased from Rs. 316 Crores to Rs. 326 Crores, up 3 percent  

Schaeffler Q2 2026 Business Developments

During Q2, Schaeffler demonstrated strong growth across its three core divisions. In Automotive Technologies, under the theme of “Precision and Longevity,” the company secured new business wins in passenger vehicle clutches, Overrunning Alternator Pulleys, and maintained momentum in double clutches for tractors. 

The Vehicle Lifetime Solutions segment focused on “Increased Market Coverage” by expanding its portfolio and market penetration through range extension, launching workshop engagement programs, and securing continued wins in FEAD timing kits, bearings, and lubricants.

 Meanwhile, the Bearings and Industrial Solutions division advanced its motion solutions by securing contract wins for various bearing types (including CRBs, DGBBs, SRBs, TRBs, Plain Bearings, Wheel Bearings, and Gen-2 WB) across the raw material, automotive, and two-wheeler sectors.

In Q2 2026, Automotive Technologies and Bearings & Industrial Solutions were the primary revenue drivers, each generating 35 percent  of total sales, followed by IC Exports & Others at 17 percent  and Vehicle Lifetime Solutions at 12 percent . 

The period saw robust expansion with double-digit year-over-year (YoY) growth in Automotive Technologies, Vehicle Lifetime Solutions, and Exports, alongside a 16.2 percent  YoY surge in the domestic market. On a sequential basis, the domestic business maintained steady momentum with 5.9 percent  quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) growth.

Divisional Growth Metrics

During Q2’26, all business segments posted positive sequential (QoQ) and year-over-year (YoY) growth. Automotive Technologies experienced remarkable YoY growth of 33.3 percent  alongside a steady 3.6 percent  QoQ increase. Intercompany Exports & others also saw substantial expansion, rising 23.9 percent  YoY and 12.5 percent  QoQ. Meanwhile, Vehicle Lifetime Solutions delivered strong double-digit sequential growth of 10.8 percent  (up 9.9 percent  YoY), and Bearings and Industrial Solutions maintained stable performance with 6.5 percent  QoQ and 5.0 percent  YoY growth.

Conclusion

Schaeffler demonstrated well-rounded performance in Q2 2026, marked by widespread revenue expansion and valuable commercial contract wins. Operational momentum was heavily anchored by the Automotive Technologies and Industrial Solutions divisions, which together provided the vast majority of total sales. 

The automotive segment surged significantly compared to the prior year, bolstered by high demand for precision clutch and pulley systems, while international export channels and aftermarket services also saw impressive gains. Supported by solid domestic demand, Schaeffler successfully strengthened its core market presence while expanding its global reach.
