With a market capitalization of Rs. 23,849.32 crores on Monday, the shares of Brigade Enterprises Ltd rose upto 2.8 percent, making a high of Rs. 989.00 per share compared to its previous closing price of Rs. 961.40 per share.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd, engaged in integrated property development, with a strong focus on the residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors, has announced the launch of its new residential project, Brigade Lakecrest, located beside Bhattarahalli Lake on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru.
The project is developed under a Joint Development model, the project covers around 9.33 lakh square feet and is expected to generate over ₹950 crore in revenue. It has received RERA approval as of June 24, 2025, with completion planned for March 2030.
This project will feature 604 premium 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes, each designed with spacious balconies that provide serene views of the lake and landscaped surroundings. Some units include flexible spaces for home offices or study areas, catering to modern lifestyle needs.
It also includes a grand double-height clubhouse with amenities for all age groups, ample green spaces, and well-planned recreational zones. Its strategic location near Whitefield, Marathahalli, and Indiranagar provides easy access to schools, malls, hospitals, IT parks, and retail hubs, making it perfect for families and professionals alike.

Financials & Others
The company’s revenue rose by 18.88 percent from Rs. 1,078 crores to Rs. 1,281 crores in Q1FY25-26. Meanwhile, Net profit rose from Rs. 81 crores to Rs. 158 crores in the same period.
Brigade Enterprises Ltd was established in 1986 and is one of India’s leading and trusted property developers, operating across multiple asset classes including residential, office, SEZ, retail, hospitality, senior living, and schools. Known for building ‘Grade A’ properties, it has a strong partnership with marquee investor GIC.
The company has maintained consistent EBITDA margins of 26%-28% over the past nine years and holds strong credit ratings (AA Stable by ICRA, AA- Positive by CRISIL). It is also recognized as a top workplace, earning the Great Place to Work certification for 15 consecutive years.
In Q1 FY26, the company’s total revenue was ₹1,333 crore. Real estate contributed ₹893 crore (67%), lease rentals ₹293 crore (22%), and hospitality ₹147 crore (11%). This mix highlights the company’s strong focus on real estate.
