DIM Group (Ukraine) has attracted a new partner, Maksym Krippa, who owns the Parus business center and the Ukraine Hotel (Kyiv), PropertyInvestmentsDubai reports, citing the developer’s press service.

The businessman was previously active in the UAE market and became interested in Kyiv real estate in 2023.

Maksym Krippa is increasing investments in the real estate market

According to Oleksandr Nasikovsky, founder and managing partner of DIM, the main goal of attracting investment is to complete ongoing construction and launch new projects. Investor Maksym Krippa has extensive experience in the real estate market, so he wrote the agreement with DIM as a co-owner with the appropriate rights.

Who is Maksym Krippa and how does he Make Money?

The businessman started his business in the 2000s with wholesale and retail trade and cellular services. After accumulating capital, he started dealing with real estate in the UAE. As of 2025, his portfolio of office, residential and development real estate exceeds 100,000 sqm, including land plots 15 minutes from Dubai Mall, where his first own development of villas and townhouses will be implemented.

In 2018, he stepped up his business in Ukraine with investments in NAVI and Maincast. Businessman Maksym Krippa also became the owner of GSC Game World. The IT business alone brings in millions in revenue. In 2023, he acquired the Parus business center in Kyiv, and in 2024, the Ukraina Hotel. Each transaction went through a series of government inspections.

Reasons for involving a partner

The economic crisis has had a negative impact on the real estate market, reducing demand for housing. DIM needed additional funding to continue construction and launch new projects. Maksym Krippa offered his relevant experience and a sufficient financing package.

His investment portfolio already includes commercial and residential real estate in Ukraine and the UAE. So DIM became an organic continuation of development in this segment of the economy.

Krippa’s foreign investments

In an interview with Forbes Ukraine in December 2024, Maksym Krippa noted that real estate transactions are the most profitable for him. His companies are engaged in buying and selling, renting, and managing facilities. In the UAE, he is actively investing in land, office space, and residential complexes, particularly in the area near Dubai Mall, where a project to build villas and townhouses is underway.

Investing in DIM is a logical extension of my strategy. Many people withdraw capital from Ukraine, but I, on the contrary, invest,” the entrepreneur emphasized.

Market situation and DIM’s prospects

As of the beginning of 2025, DIM is building six residential complexes with an area of more than 346,000 square meters, including Metropolis, Park Lake City, Lucky Land, A136 Highlight Tower, Olegiv Podil, and The One. Some of the projects were launched in 2017-2019, while The One was launched in 2024 with a completion date of 2028.

Cooperation with investors has become a common practice among Ukrainian developers. In October 2024, BGV Group Management became a partner of Saga Development, and in December, Dragon Capital became a partner of Viking Development.

I invest in DIM not only because of profitability, but also because of our common vision. They are ready to build, and I am ready to invest,” summarized Krippa. His strategy envisages further expansion of the investment portfolio in Ukraine.
