This small-cap EV stock, engaged in manufacturing solar energy solutions and EV chargers and promoting clean energy and sustainable power systems, is in focus after the company reported March quarterly results with a 124 percent YOY increase in net profit and announced a dividend of Rs.0.05 per share.
With a market capitalization of Rs. 2,658.23 crore, the shares of Servotech Renewable Power System Limited were currently trading at Rs. 118.33 per equity share, down nearly 4.08 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 123.36.
Coming into the quarterly results of Servotech Renewable Power System Limited, the company’s consolidated revenue from operations increased by 7.42 percent YOY, from Rs. 136.17 crore in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 146.28 crore in Q4 FY25, and decreased by 32.37 percent QoQ from Rs. 216.30 crore in Q3 FY25. Further, the company’s EBITDA has increased by 121.16 percent, from Rs. 6.05 crore in Q4 FY24 to Rs. 13.38 crore in Q4 FY25.
In Q4 FY25, Servotech Renewable Power System Limited’s consolidated net profit increased by 123.77 percent YOY, reaching Rs. 7.72 crore compared to Rs. 3.45 crore during the same period last year. As compared to Q3 FY25, the net profit has decreased by 16 percent, from Rs. 9.19 crore. The basic earnings per share increased by 118.75 percent and stood at Rs. 0.35 as against Rs. 0.16 recorded in the same quarter in the previous year, 2024.

Dividend: The Servotech Renewable Power System board of directors has recommended paying a final dividend at the rate of 5 percent on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2024-25, which is a dividend of Rs. 0.05 per equity share. The payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
FY25 Result: Servotech Renewable Power System Limited’s revenue has increased from Rs. 353.68 crore in FY24 to Rs. 674.44 crore in FY25, which is a growth of 90.69 percent. The net profit has also grown by 176.61 percent, from Rs. 11.80 crore in FY24 to Rs. 32.64 crore in FY25.

Originally focused on power conditioning products, the company has evolved over the past decade to become a prominent manufacturer in the renewable energy sector.
