Shares of this microcap company jumped around 3 percent on Thursday’s trading session after winning the contract for building a Business Intelligence and Analytics System in Africa. The shares have delivered more than 40 percent returns in 3 months.
With a market capitalisation of Rs. 472 crores, the shares of All E Technologies Ltd started Thursday’s trading session on a higher note at Rs. 240, gaining around 3 percent compared to its previous close of Rs. 232. The shares are currently trading at Rs. 235 apiece.
Such a positive movement in the stock price was observed after the company in an exchange filing mentioned that they had received an award of contract for building a Business Intelligence and Analytics System’ for Zambia Electronic Clearing House Ltd. Furthermore, they mentioned that this is a pivotal milestone for the company as it is the 1st significant project in the Data Engineering space in the African region.
Looking at the company’s financial statements, the revenue increased by 7 percent from Rs. 27.03 crores in the June quarter to Rs. 28.84 crores during the September quarter. In addition, the net profits increased by 19 percent from Rs. 4.05 crores to Rs. 4.80 crores during the same timeframe.
Coming onto the important financial ratios, the return on equity increased from 15.02 percent during FY21-22 to 22.25 percent during FY22-23 and the return on capital employed showed an upward movement from 26.66 percent to 31.16 percent during the same period. Moreover, the company has remained debt-free for many financial years.
According to the latest shareholding pattern, the Promoters have a 73.39 percent stake, the Public has 25.54 percent shares, FIIs have 0.06 percent holdings, and the remaining 1.01 percent shares are with DIIs.
