The shares of the high-end ecosystem of Drone solutions gained up to 4 percent after the company announced the launch of an FPV (First Person View) Drone equipped with advanced Day and Night vision capabilities. 

With a market capitalization of Rs 412.60 crore, the shares of Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd were trading at Rs 171.80 per share, increasing around 3.18 percent as compared to the previous closing price of Rs 166.50 apiece. 

According to the company filing, Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd has announced the launch of an FPV (First Person View) Drone equipped with advanced Day and Night vision capabilities tailored specifically for Defence applications. 

Furthermore, The FPV Drone with Day and Night Vision has undergone successful testing in important sites including Pokhran and Lachung in India’s Southern, Northern, and Eastern Commands. 

Moreover, These Drones represent an ideal blend of cost-effectiveness and efficiency, particularly in counterinsurgency operations, along the Line of Control (LOC) and Line of Actual Control (LAC), as well as mechanized operations. 

Looking at the company’s financials, Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd’s sales increased by 999% from Rs 1.90 crore in Q2FY23 to Rs 20.89 crore in Q2FY24. During the same period, net profit increased by 2,946% from Rs 0.13 crore to Rs 3.96 crore. 

In February 2024, The drone firm formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bangalore, to advance aviation and aerospace education. 

Furthermore, This strategic partnership between these organizations promises to considerably assist the aviation and aerospace communities by improving their skills and expertise. 

In addition, both parties have committed to conduct cooperative research, with a special emphasis on Drone Management and Geospatial industries. 

Looking at the company’s profitability indicators, the return on equity (RoE) increased from 5.29 percent in FY 21-22 to 8.50 percent in FY 22-23, while the return on capital employed (RoCE) jumped from 6.99 percent to 11.61 percent.
