Textile stock engaged in the business of offering casual, comfortable and stylish wardrobe solutions for multiple occasions jumped 17 percent in the day’s trade upon posting robust Q1FY25 results 

Price Action 

With a market capitalization of Rs. 1,212 Crores, the shares of Credo Brands Marketing Limited were trading at Rs. 187.15 per equity share, up 14 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 163.95 

Q1FY25 Results 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 5 percent YoY from Rs. 118.4 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 123.8 Crores in Q1FY25 and it declined by 7 percent QoQ from Rs. 13.30 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 12.38 Crores in Q1FY25. 

Its Net Profit grew by 14 percent YoY from Rs. 8.57 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 9.77 Crores in Q1FY25 and grew by 38 percent QoQ from Rs. 7.06 Crores in Q4FY24 to Rs. 9.77 Crores in Q1FY25. Its Net Profit Margin increased from 7.17 percent in Q1FY24 to 7.81 percent in Q1FY25. 

Key Highlights 

As Q1FY25 Credo Brands Marketing Limited Credo Brands Marketing Limited has 430 Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO’s ), being optimistic about its continued store expansion efforts, it aims to open between 25-30 new stores during FY25 in existing and new cities. 

Coming to the sales mix, it garnered 62 percent from Exclusive Brand Outlets, 16 percent from Online, 14 percent from Multi Brand Outlets, 2 percent from large format stores and 4 percent from others. The product mix was consisted of Shirts 42 percent, bottomwear 44 percent, T-Shirts 10 percent and others 4 percent. 

Looking ahead, for FY25 it aspires to achieve mid-teens revenue growth backed by new store openings in new and existing geographies and subject to recovery in overall industry demand for Premium and Mid-Premium Brands, it is also targeting to improve profitability through implementation of various cost efficiency measures.
