As per the latest data available on NSE Through the Bulk/Block deals, iShares Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF has acquired ~68.25 Lakh Equity shares of Inox Wind Limited at an average price of Rs. 222.30 per equity share. 

Financials and Ratios 

Its Revenue from operations grew by 83 percent from Rs. 349 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 639 Crores in Q1FY25, accompanied by a loss of Rs. 65 Crores to a profit of Rs. 50 Crores.

In terms of Return ratios, it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of -1.52 percent, and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 4.29 percent. It has maintained a debt-to-equity ratio of 1.91 

Mtar Technologies

MTAR Technologies Limited is engaged in manufacturing mission-critical precision components, assemblies, sub-assemblies, and spare parts for energy, nuclear, space, aerospace, defence, and other engineering industries.

With a market capitalization of Rs. 5,122 Crores, the shares of Mtar Technologies Limited were trading at Rs. 1,665.40 per equity share, down 1.5 percent from its previous day’s close price of Rs. 1,688.95.

As per the latest data available on NSE Through the Bulk/Block deals, iShares Global Clean Energy UCITS ETF has sold ~2.54 Lakh Equity shares of Inox Wind Limited at an average price of Rs. 1681.39 per equity share and iShares Global Clean Energy ETF has sold 1.83 Lakh equity shares at an average price of Rs. 1,681.39. 

Financials and Ratios 

Its Revenue from operations declined by 17.41 percent from Rs. 152.56 Crores in Q1FY24 to Rs. 126 Crores in Q1FY25, accompanied by profits of Rs. 20.34 Crores to Rs. 4.43 Crores. 

In terms of Return ratios, it has reported a return on equity (ROE) of 8.3 percent, and a return on capital employed (ROCE) of 10.96 percent. It has maintained a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.28.
