The shares of Zydus Wellness Limited quoted 2.94% higher on Thursday’s deals. According to the bulk data available with the National Stock Exchange, Nippon India Mutual Fund A/C, Nippon India Small Cap Fund bought 9,36,218 shares of the company at a price of ₹ 1540.00 apiece on Wednesday. The value of the transaction was ₹ 144 crores.

At the same time, Pioneer Investment fund sold 8,07,322 shares of the company at ₹ 1540.21 apiece, valuing the transaction size at ₹ 124 crores.

Zydus Wellness Limited develops, produces, markets and distributes health and wellness products. Its product portfolio includes brands like Sugar-Free, Everyuth and Nutralite. 

The company has a market capitalization of ₹ 9,946 crores and is currently trading at a PE (TTM) of 32.20. It has a dividend yield of 0.32% and an ideal debt to equity ratio of 0.08.

Its promoters hold a 64.82% stake in the company, mutual funds hold a 9.15% stake, other domestic institutions hold a 3.31% stake, foreign institutions hold a 2.56% stake and retail investors hold a  20.16% stake
