After falling for eight consecutive sessions, the domestic indices reversed the downtrend and ended the first session of March broadly in the green. The NSE Nifty 50 surged 146.95 points or 0.85% to end at 17,450.90 levels and the BSE Sensex settled 448.96 points or 0.76% higher at 59,411.08 levels.

The shares of Mukat Pipes hit the upper circuit of 20 percent and ended the day at Rs 7.98 levels on Wednesday. In the past five days, the stock has gained approximately 23 percent. 

Mukat Pipes Limited is engaged in the manufacturing of pipes of various sizes that are used in Refineries Fertilizer Plants, Industrial use for Oil, Gas, Circulating Water Systems, and as Penstocks in Hydro-Electric Power Generation Projects. 

VMS Industries Limited 

The stock opened at Rs 13.45 levels and gained as much as 19 percent to end the session at Rs 15.92 levels. Over the past five days, the stock has added 10 percent. 

VMS Industries is in the business of shipbreaking as well as trading in Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals. 

Lesha Industries Limited 

The penny stock started the session at Rs 3.92 levels and gained as much as 20 percent to end at Rs 4.64 levels. In the past five days, the stock has edged higher by 18 percent. 

Lesha Industries Limited is engaged in the trading of various steel products, trading of goods, and Dealing in Shares & Security.
