Farrukhnagar (Haryana), Apr 26 (PTI) French third party logistics company FM Logistic on Tuesday inaugurated its first owned multi-client facility (MCF) here as part of its five-year 150 million euros investment plan announced in March 2019.
Located on a 31-acre site, the state-of-the-art facility will offer 7.6-lakh sq ft of warehousing space, providing warehousing and handling, co-packing, distribution, e-commerce and omni-channel services to cater to the dynamic demands of customers, the company said at the launch.
The facility enjoys strategic access to Kundali-Manesar-Palwal Expressway (Delhi) and thereby, provides faster access to major consumption centres in North India, it said.
FM Logistic services include warehousing, omni-channel fulfilment, co-packing, domestic and international transport, urban logistics operations, as well as supply chain control tower services.
It entered the Indian market in 2016 after acquiring Pune-based Spear Logistics. FM Logistic India is one of the three top contract logistics services providers in the domestic market, focussed on Grade-A multi-client facilities, dedicated warehouses near its customers’ manufacturing centres and modern urban logistics hubs.

Equipped with a storage capacity of 1-lakh pallet positions, the facility also provides for a dedicated space to carry out co-packing and other value added activities.
Ample docking stations, two and three-wheeler parking slots, EV charging points, material handling equipment (MHE) charging points, among others, are some of the unique features of the facility, whose construction has been supervised by FM Logistic’s real estate sister company, NG Concept, the company said.
To cater to unique customer requirements, provisions for battery operated MHEs and MTS (Multi Tier Shelving) racking systems have been made. Furnished with best-in-class safety and security features, the warehouse offers cost-efficient, quality storage, handling and distribution services, as per the company.
