New Delhi, Dec 20 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday fell by 1.29 per cent to Rs 217.70 per kg in futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a subdued trend in spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminum for delivery in December declined by Rs 2.85, or 1.29 per cent, to Rs 217.70 per kg in 3,011 lots.
Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries in the physical market mainly kept aluminum prices lower here. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
