New Delhi, Dec 17 (PTI) Copper prices on Friday traded up by 0.35 per cent to Rs 744.50 per kg in futures market on the back of a pick-up in spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for delivery in December traded higher by Rs 2.60, or 0.35 per cent, to Rs 744.50 per kg in a business turnover of 3,822 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to raising of bets by participants driven by a surge in spot demand. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
