New Delhi, May 12 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Thursday dropped by 1.57 per cent to Rs 8,027 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for May delivery fell by Rs 128 or 1.57 per cent to Rs 8,027 per barrel with a business volume of 4,940 lots.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 2.43 per cent up at USD 103.14 per barrel and Brent crude was quoting 2.21 per cent lower at USD 105.13 per barrel in New York. PTI SHW AJ AJ
