New Delhi, Jan 19 (PTI) Crude oil prices rose Rs 75 to Rs 6,374 per barrel on Wednesday, as participants widened their positions on a firm spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for the February delivery traded higher by Rs 75, or 1.19 per cent, at Rs 6,374 per barrel in 9,106 lots. Analysts said raising of bets by participants kept crude oil prices higher in the futures trade. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was up 0.71 per cent to USD 86.04 per barrel, while Brent crude traded 0.41 per cent higher at USD 87.87 per barrel in New York. PTI SRS ANU ANU
