New Delhi, Jan 10 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Monday gained Rs 402 to Rs 11,500 per five quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings on spot demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum contracts for January delivery traded higher by Rs 402, or 3.62 per cent, to Rs 11,500 per five quintal with an open interest of 8,485 lots.
Analysts said after tracking firm physical market trend, traders raised their bets which led to the rise in guar gum prices. PTI SRS RUJ RUJ
