New Delhi, Mar 4 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Friday fell by Rs 42 to Rs 10,848 per five quintals in futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with weak trend at spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum contracts for March delivery fell by Rs 42 or 0.39 per cent to Rs 10,848 per five quintals in 23,190 lots.
Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and increased supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices. PTI SRS AJ AJ
