New Delhi, Mar 9 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Wednesday rose by Rs 183 to Rs 10,920 per five quintals in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings on spot demand.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum contracts for March delivery traded higher by 1.7 per cent or Rs 183 at Rs 10,920 per five quintals with an open interest of 12,520 lots.
Analysts said after tracking firm physical market trend, traders raised their bets which led to rise in guar gum prices. PTI SRS AJ AJ
