New Delhi, Mar 14 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Monday rose by Rs 114 to Rs 6,249 per 10 quintals in the futures trade on firm trends at spot markets.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed for March delivery increased by Rs 114 or 1.86 per cent to Rs 6,249 per 10 quintals with an open interest of 2,050 lots.
According to marketmen, gaur seed prices firmed up due to raising of bets by speculators after a firm trend in spot market on thin supplies from growing belts. PTI SRS SHW MR MR
