New Delhi, Dec 29 (PTI) Nickel futures on Wednesday declined by Rs 3.40 to Rs 1,547.30 per kg due to reducing of positions by investors amid sluggish demand in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel contracts for January delivery fell by Rs 3.40, or 0.22 per cent, to Rs 1,547.30 per kg with a business turnover of 1,753 lots.
Analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the fall in nickel futures prices. PTI RUJ BAL BAL
