New Delhi, Dec 21 (PTI) Nickel prices on Tuesday increased by 0.7 per cent to Rs 1,536.10 per kg in futures trade, as speculators built up fresh positions amid rising demand from alloy makers in spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel contracts for December delivery gained Rs 10.70, or 0.7 per cent, to Rs 1,536.10 per kg in a business turnover of 1,205 lots.
A rise in demand in spot market from alloy makers supported the price rise in nickel futures, analysts said. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
