New Delhi, Dec 23 (PTI) Nickel prices on Thursday increased by 0.37 per cent to Rs 1,564 per kg in futures trade, as speculators built up fresh positions amid rising demand from alloy makers in spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, nickel contracts for December delivery gained Rs 5.70, or 0.37 per cent, to Rs 1,564 per kg in a business turnover of 1,311 lots.
A rise in demand in spot market from alloy makers supported the price rise in nickel futures, analysts said. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
