New Delhi, Jan 11 (PTI) Soybean prices on Tuesday fell by Rs 28 to Rs 6,435 per quintal in the futures market as participants cut down their positions on weak spot demand. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, soybean contracts for January delivery fell Rs 28, or 0.43 per cent, to Rs 6,435 per quintal with an open interest of 21,050 lots.
The fall in soybean prices in futures trade was mainly due to a reduction of exposure by participants, marketmen said. PTI RUJ BAL BAL
