New Delhi, Dec 21 (PTI) Zinc prices on Tuesday rose by Rs 2 to Rs 281.15 per kg in futures trade, tracking a firm trend in physical markets.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for December traded higher by Rs 2, or 0.72 per cent, to Rs 281.15 per kg with a business turnover of 1,553 lots.
Marketmen said widening of positions by participants following a pick-up in demand from consuming industries supported zinc futures prices. PTI SHW RUJ RUJ
