New Delhi, Dec 28 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday rose by Rs 202 to Rs 62,503 per kg in futures trade as participants widened their bets on firm spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery gained Rs 202, or 0.32 per cent, to Rs 62,503 per kg in trading of 10,542 lots.
Analysts said silver prices firmed up due to fresh positions built up by participants on a positive domestic trend.
