I, Anirudh Varshney a strategic leader with a proven track record of successfully leading fast-growing software development firms came up with this Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) start-up named Trailytics that assist enterprises with its AI-driven digital commerce platform.
When and How did you think about ” Trailytics”?
Indian e-commerce is projected to increase from 4% of the total food and grocery, apparel, and consumer electronics retail trade in 2020 to 8% by 2025.
I knew everything about the daily challenges of e-commerce marketplaces and hence in October 2020, I (Anirudh Varshney) started Trailytics with a strong vision of transforming it into a dynamic powerhouse, enthralled by the high-stakes game of the E-commerce business
From whom did you get the inspiration to start ‘Trailytics’ and Who is your mentor?
The aim was to help retailers manage, grow eCommerce businesses from a single dashboard.
India was in the early stages of eCommerce at the time, but the team had to foresight to see that a tool that facilitated digital e-commerce insights would be required very soon.
The group headed by Anirudh began working on the next version of the service and finally launched it Trailytics in Oct. 2020.

What challenges did you face while setting up “Trailytics”? How did you overcome it?
Today India is swiftly approaching the century of the unicorn but we had a lot of ups and downs when we first initiated TRAILYTICS and what we learned was that the last 10% it takes to launch something takes as much energy as the first 90%.
Also, there is always competition between the giants in the corporate world. Competition can be a major barrier to startup businesses’ survival.
And the competition gets even tougher when you have an online business startup.
Because there is no margin for error, the competitive environment keeps companies on their toes. Both B2B and B2C businesses are always feeling the heat of strong competition.
To survive in this competitive business environment, which includes both traditional and internet enterprises, entrepreneurs must play aggressively and punch above their weight in order to obtain much-needed exposure amongst the clusters of constantly challenged and increasing businesses.
What is Trailytics’s revenue and Growth rate?
According to IBEF, the eCommerce industry is expected to reach $350 billion by 2030.
And, Trailytics has opted to disrupt this market.
Trailytics is swiftly gaining traction, and the platform is partnering with the world’s largest brands to improve its digital presence and accelerate sales.
